1. 500 grams ladysfinger
2. 2 teaspoons gram flour
3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
4. 1/2 tspn turmeric
5. 1/2 tspn red chilly powder
6. 1/4 tspn cumin powder
7. 1/4 tspn coriander powder
8. 4 tbspn oil and salt to taste.
Steps To Cook :
1. Take the ladysfinger wash and pat dry completely
2. Now cut off the head and throw it away & Cut the remaining part into four pieces each
3. Now take a big plate and place the ladysfinger in it
4. Next add the turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix it up all well and let it marinate for ten minutes
5. Now add the gram flour and mix it up well. Take a frying pan and pour enough oil to deep fry and bring to heat
6. When the oil is very hot add the ladysfinger and deep fry it.
then serve Karari bhindi with rice
