Mint Chutney (pudina chutney)

Ingredients :
  1. Mint leaves 1 bunch
  2. Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  3. Green chilies 2
  4. Garlic 2 cloves
  5. Lemon juice 4 tablespoons
  6. Salt 1 teaspoon
  7. Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  8. Red Onion 1
  9. Sugar 2 teaspoons

Steps To Cook :

1. Pick and wash the coriander and mint leaves. Discard the tough stems.

2. You can stem the bidding. Gnashing of coriander leaves, mint leaves, green pepper, onion and garlic cloves.

3. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice or vinegar. Beat the mixture.

Serve cold Chutney with snacks such as samosas and pakoras.
