Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients :
1. 2 Eggs
2. 1 Egg yolk
3. 4 Cups chicken broth, divided
4. 2 tbsp Chopped fresh chives
5. 1/8 tsp Ground ginger
6. 1/4 tsp Salt
7. 1-1/2 tbsp Cornstarch

Steps To Cook :

1. Reserve 3 / 4 cup chicken broth and for recreation in the great saucepan.

2. Combine salt, ginger and chives with it and bring it to the rolling boil.

3. Take small bowl, and stir together the remaining broth and Cornstarch until soft, keep aside.

4. Take another bowl , Whisk eggs and egg yolk with a fork.

5. Drizzle eggs for the little time in boiling broth mixture and carefully in order to cook an egg immediately.

6. Once eggs were dropped, Cornstarch add mixture slowly to him, warning about intensifying until soup is desired consistency.

Now the Egg Drop Soup is ready to serve
