Ingredients :
1. 500 gm potato, boiled and mashed
2. 4 tbspn milk
3. 3 tbspn flour
4. ½ tspn baking powder
5. 2-3 green chillies
6. Coriander (chopped)
7. Oil for frying the croquettes
8. Salt to taste
Steps To Cook :
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Oil your palms and divide the mixture into small parts.
3. Shape each part into elongated rolls and deep-fry in oil till they becomes golden brown.
