Ingrediants :
Fish - 1 kg
Onion - 1 no
Garlic pods - 3 nos
Ginger - A small piece
Green chilly - 3 - 4 nos
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek(Uluva) powder - 1/2 tsp
Hot & Spicy Ketchup - 1/2 cup
Kukum star(Kodampuli) - 4 - 5 nos
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - As reqd
Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Splutter mustard seeds.
3. Add green chilly, onion, garlic and ginger and fry for 5 mins.
4. When it is half cooked, add chilly powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder and turmeric powder.
5. Add kukum star along with the reqd quantity of water.
6. Add ketchup and stir well.Cook for 15 mins.
