Ingredients :
1. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
2. 3 diced onions
3. 2 tsp garlic paste
4. 2 tspn ground cumin
5. 2 tspn paprika
6. 1 tspn coriander powder
7. 150 gm cooked chick peas
8. 150 gm cooked kidney beans
9. 750 gm peeled, seeded & chopped tomatoes
10. 1 tbspn thick tomato paste
11. 2 sticks celery - chopped
12. 1 chopped carrot
13. 1/2 litre vegetable stock
14. 250 gm spinach leaves
Steps To Cook :
1. Heat oil. Add onions, garlic and spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
2. Stir in chickpeas, beans, tomatoes, paste, celery, carrot and stock. Simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Add spinach leaves. Cook for 5 minutes.
