Schezwan Sauce


Ingredients :
1. 1/4 cup sesame oil
2. 3-4 whole red peppers
3. 3/4 onions-chopped fine
4. 1 tbspn garlic
5. 1 tbspn ginger
6. 1/2 tspn chilli powder
7. 2 tbspn corn flour mixed in a cup of water
8. 1 tbspn vinegar
9. 1 tspn soya sauce
10. 1 tspn chilli sauce
11. 1 tspn salt



Steps To Cook :

1. Grind together the onions, garlic and ginger.

2. Heat the oil in a wok add the whole red peppers and saute over high heat till they darken a bit. Add the onions, garlic and ginger and stir-fry over high heat till glossy.

3. Add the corn flour mixture and bring to a boil.

4. Lower the heat and add the chilli powder, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt and mix well

5. Cook till well blended (1/2 minute) and Schezwan Sauce is ready to use
