Simple Vegetable Burger


Ingredients :
1. Vegetable Steaks - 4 (or) any other vegetable cutlet of your choice
2. Tomato ketchup- 2 tspn
3. Sliced buns- 4
4. Onion-1 (cut into thin round slices)
5. Tomato- 1 (cut into thin round slices)
6. Carrot- 1 (cut into thin round slices)
7. Cabbage leaves- 4
8. Turmeric powder- 1/4 spoon
9. Salt
10. Butter- 2 tspn
11. Dalda- 2 tspn

Steps To Cook :

1. Boil water in a pan add turmeric & salt to it. Turn off the heat. Put the cabbage leaves & carrots in that hot water and leave it for 10 minutes.

2. Then take the vegetables from the water and drain on paper towels.

3. Heat dalda in a pan and toast the buns.

4.Then apply butter & little ketchup to the inner sides of the buns.

5. Keep 1 cabbage leaf, 1 tomato slice, 1 steak (or) cutlet, 1 onion slice, 1 carrot slice in between two slices of a bun.

6. Prepare all the buns in the same manner.
