Cranberry-Soy Milk and Green Tea Smoothie


Ingredients :
1. 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
2. 1 ripe banana
3. 1/2 cup brewed green tea
4. 1/4 cup plain soy milk
5. 2 tbspn light brown sugar or honey


Steps To Cook :

1. Brew the green tea using fresh leaves or tea-bags.

2. Let it cool down a bit. Then blend all ingredients together until smooth.

3. Pour into glasses and enjoy for a detoxifying, healthy and filling breakfast with Cranberry-Soy Milk and Green Tea Smoothie
