Ingredients :
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 avocado, peeled and diced
4 tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 jalapeno, diced (with or without seeds)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 garlic clove, peeled and diced2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
Method :
1. In a large bowl, combine the first set of ingredients.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Stir to combine.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips.
