Ingredients :
1. 8-10 fresh mint sprigs
2. 1 tbspn sugar dissolved in 1 tbsp water
3. 3-4 tbspn fresh lime juice (use lime, not lemon)
4. club soda
5. mint sprigs and lime wedges - for garnish
Steps To Cook :
1. In a tall glass, crush part of the mint with a fork.
2. Add the sugar syrup and lime juice and stir thoroughly.
3. Fill with 3-4 ice cubes.
4. Top off with chilled club soda.
5. Garnish with a lime slice and some mint leaves, and serve Cuban Mojito with Lime and Mint immediately.
