4 large tomatoes
Mint leaves
salt & pepper
Salt - As reqd
Method :
1. Keep tomatoes in a heavy pan.
2. Put water and allow it to boil.
3. Put salt, mint and continue boiling for 10 minutes.
4. When cool, blend the tomatoes in a mixer.
5. Sieve to separate seeds and skin.
6. If mixer is not available use a soup strainer for 2 minutes.
Ready to serve hot.
